Office of Student Accounts
Our office manages student accounts billing and charges at University of the West.
- Tuition and fees
- Room & Board and other miscellaneous charges
- Distributing refunds and Financial Aid disbursements
Important Message: An outstanding balance that results in a hold on the student accounts must be paid in full in order to participate in any registration activities.
Therefore, all balances must be paid within 24 hours before trying to access the registration system, reactivate the university services and privileges, and request of diplomas, scholastic certificates, and or transcripts.
